Shirley A. (Gamache) Jones

Lewiston, ME – Shirley A. (Gamache) Jones, 77, of Lewiston passed away on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Maine medical Center in Portland. 

She was born on October 20, 1940 in Lisbon, ME a daughter of the late Joseph E. Gamache and Mable A. Johnson.

Shirley is survived by her daughter, Mary M. Murphy and her husband David of Lewiston, a granddaughter Laurianne Murphy and a grandson Joshua Murphy both of Lewiston. She also leaves a brother Joseph Gamache Sr. of Litchfield, ME and a sister Eugenie Morris of Sabattus as well as several nieces and nephews.  She was also the sister of the late Rachel Weeks, Albert Gamache and Mary Kiner.

Shirley was fun loving and happiest when she was surrounded by her family and her pets

A private burial will be held at Mount Auburn Cemetery, Auburn, ME at the convenience of the family.
