Patricia E. (Thomas) Smith

Freeport, ME – Patricia E. (Thomas) Smith, born on September 20, 1927 in San Diego, CA, passed away at age 90 on June 9, 2018 in Freeport, ME . 

Patricia was married to the late Clarence L. Smith.  She was preceded in death by her sons Scott Born and Stoney Smith; and daughter Bonnie Born.  Patricia is survived by her son, Woody Smith; daughter Patty (Smith) Leslie; son-in law Tyrone Leslie; and grandchildren, Ashley (Leslie) Robinson, Kyle Leslie, Lea Smith, Scott Born Jr., and Elizabeth Born.

Patricia had many jobs; classical pianist, school bus driver, postal carrier, military spouse and homemaker.  Her hobbies included golf, sewing, quilting, cross stitch, and piano.

Special thanks to the staff at Hawthorne House in Freeport and to Beacon Hospice.

Per Pat’s requests, there will be no services.

Our memories of Pat will forever live in our hearts.  She was the most generous and loving person, and forever feisty and full of life.  We love you and miss you.
