Dear Mr. Kilcline
We are writing to express our sincere gratitude for your assistance in the care, planning, and cremation of our daughter this past July. My husband and I, fortunately, had never participated in this type of experience, or any type of estate planning what-so-ever. Every person we encountered, or spoke with on the phone, exceeded our expectations.
Initially, we were concerned as to how to proceed, and what type of assistance we would receive, (particularly in an area that is heavily influenced by tourism) since we were on vacation, more than 600 miles from our home. However, any concerns we had were immediately alleviated with the first phone call. From the first conversation with you, throughout the entire process, we were very much relieved to find (all of) your staff to be supportive and compassionate. Because of that assistance received, we were able to complete the necessary business, with as little difficulty as possible. You, and your associates, exude confidence, professionalism, and compassion. There was nothing more we could have asked for, with regards to the services provided by Advantage Funeral And Cremation Services. All of our needs were met with sincerity, and sympathy, and all of the services provided were handled with prompt efficiency.
It is for these reasons as described within that we have taken the time to write to you to express out sincere gratitude. Thank you, again, for your guidance during this very difficult time. We appreciate your professionalism and are extremely grateful for the support you provided.
